APPRENTICESHIP TESTIMONIAL
The thought of escaping the buzz of Eugene was all it took
to get me interested in the program at Aerious. I knew my
being needed a break from the unnatural energies going on
in the city.
After spending time with Mark and Mary, I realized their
intuitive nature was refreshing and I wanted to learn more
from them. After a few short days of being on the land at
YewWood, I began experiencing much emotional release. Feeling
the safety of this place, I believe the land reconnected
me to my emotional being. It seemed as though I had grown
numb. I learned how to feel again from deep within. My emotions
ranged from deep sorrow to extatic joy of being alive. Connecting
with the rhythmic flow of nature tuned me in to a cosmic
rhythm of this existence.
This program is designed for individual needs and interests.
I had a strong interest in body meridians. Each day we would
work two meridians and study about each. Afterwards, we
would prepare whole foods meals to support the organs associated
with those particular meridian lines. Being harvest time,
we had many fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs to work
with. The knowledge I gained about whole foods cooking serves
me daily, along with the meridian work. I have strengthened
weak organs, have fewer food intolerances and broken a few
bad eating habits.
The astrology section was fun and very informative. Mark
has a lot of experience and an intuitive nature. His readings
are unique and he will tell you what most other astrologers
won't tell you. Mark and Mary have an amazing amount of
wisdom, compassion, and resources. I have not experienced
the intuitive level of healing and consciousness that they
follow on their path.
Through time spent at YewWood and Aerious, I came to great
recognition of my personal tools, inner knowledge, hidden
talents and my creative flare. As the weeks came to an end,
my vision of my beginning life became clearer and more realistic.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the almost daily hikes I took
through the forest. The forest spirits love to be sung to
and if you give them your ear they have a lot to say!!
NAMASTE, Kari
