Ki Development

Ki / Qui / Chi / Universal Life Force is abundantly available to all of us all of the time. At times we need practice in remembering our spiritual connectedness in order to access the flow.

As humans we habitually form attachments to things outside of ourselves, both animate and inanimate. At times these things can deplete our energy rather than enhance it. We can also become dependent on these things in order to feel good about ourselves. But what happens when this thing goes away?

Ki Development is a re-training in establishing our personal inner strength. We center, ground, and connect to both earth and sky. Then we can move from center and trust in our own instinctive decision making process.

Ki Development will help you establish true independence. We can move out of co-dependent relationships while realizing that we are all interdependent. By developing our Ki we become anchored within ourselves and build our inner core. As we establish our vertical connection between heaven and earth we gain the calm confidence we need to be much more effective in the world on the horizontal plane. The need for aggression to have our needs be met falls away. We become effective in the world rather than at the affect of it.

Classes are available at YewWood and elsewhere by arrangement. They are an integral part of the Apprenticeship Program and the Creation Festival and often included in Reiki Attunements.
